After quitting the company, she tries to elect Oh Kyung-sook (Moon So-ri), a human rights lawyer, as mayor of Seoul.

3-1. Hwang Do-hee Cast. Kim Hee-ae
Hwang Do-hee, the most important character among Queen Maker's actors, is Eunsung Group's chief strategic planning officer and is a troubleshooter who solves dirty corporate corruption. She was shocked by the incident at Eunsung Group and the irresponsible attitude of the group's family and quit the company. She struggles to break down the arrogant Eunsung Group and make Oh Kyung-sook (Moon So-ri) the mayor of Seoul.
3-2. Oh Kyung-sook Cast. Moon So-ri
Kyung-sook used to be a human rights lawyer, but she is now a candidate for Seoul mayor. She works for justice, she has the art of drawing the public and creating dramatic moments. She will join hands with Hwang Do-hee (Kim Hee-ae), who was at odds for the common goal of winning the mayor of Seoul, to start a challenge she has never dreamed of.
3-3. Baek Jae-min Cast. Ryu Soo-young
Former announcer Baek Jae-min is the main villain among the Queenmaker characters. He is the husband of Eunsung Group's daughter and has a high reputation externally because he runs a non-profit welfare foundation. However, after spending the past seven years waiting for the right time, he runs for mayor of Seoul, hiding his ugly crime.
4. Supporting role in Queenmaker
4-1. Son Young-shim Cast. Seo Yi-sook
She is the current chairman who firmly defended Eunsung Group after her husband, who was the group's chairman, died. The absolute power of Eunsung Group, she is trying to somehow make her son-in-law the mayor of Seoul to smoothly prepare for the largest Eunsung Duty Free in Asia.
4-2. Seo Min-jeong Cast. Jin-gyeong
She was the most popular candidate at the beginning of the Seoul mayoral by-election. As a three-term lawmaker and a veteran speaker, she is trying to become the mayor of Seoul with the support of the National Reform Party and sponsors and the frame of "the servant of the common people." However, she loses the race with Oh Kyung-sook (Moon So-ri) and falls.
4-3. Ma Jung-seok Cast. Kim Tae-hoon
He is the policy director of the National Reform Party, the ex-husband of Hwang Do-hee (Kim Hee-ae), and the closest aide to Seo Min-jung (Jin-kyung). However, he is tired of Seo Min-jung's corruption and inhuman appearance, so he will help other candidates in the future.
